HITARTHI does not guarantee any income. Earnings of a Team Partner depend only on genuine sales of HITARTHI products (courses, e-books, books and health products) to real customers, and on the partner's own effort and skill. There is no joining fee, and no income is paid merely for recruiting people. Levels and positions are never sold. Any figures shown on this website (calculators, examples, reward targets) are illustrations only, not promises or averages. Partners must not make income claims to others. HITARTHI follows the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

- कमाई पक्की नहीं है — यह सिर्फ़ असली ग्राहकों को हुई बिक्री और आपकी मेहनत पर निर्भर है।
- Partner बनना मुफ़्त है। किसी को जोड़ने भर से कोई पैसा नहीं मिलता — commission सिर्फ़ बिक्री पर।
- Level या पद कभी बेचा नहीं जाता — Level सिर्फ़ बिक्री के target से बढ़ता है।
- Website के calculator, उदाहरण और reward target सिर्फ़ समझाने के लिए हैं — यह वादा या औसत कमाई नहीं है।
- Partner ग्राहकों या नए लोगों से कमाई के झूठे वादे नहीं करेंगे, और ग्राहक से नक़द या अपने account में पैसा नहीं लेंगे — भुगतान हमेशा HITARTHI के company account में।
- Commission पर TDS (Section 194H) कटता है; भुगतान सिर्फ़ KYC (PAN + bank) पूरा होने पर bank transfer से।
- Refund हुई बिक्री का commission वापस कटता है।
